Covid Update - Aug 10, 2022
As the case numbers of Covid are reducing and restrictions are being lifted, the Covid Committee here at St. James United Church has made the following recommendations:
Hand Sanitizer is still being provided to all who enter the church and we continue to encourage the use of facial masks when meeting in the sanctuary and in particular when singing. As we have now resumed Fellowship after the service, the masks will obviously not be required when refreshments are served in the upper room. The physical barriers on alternate pews have also been removed, however, we ask that you continue to socially distance yourselves, where applicable.
We appreciate all that you do to ensure the health of others and we continue to monitor the ongoing updates we receive from our Public Health Agencies to ensure that we too are promoting health and safety within St. James.
As we see more of our church family returning to in house services, we remind you to please stay home if you are unwell.
